Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum of Diploma (Junior Technician-JT) Degree (equivalent to Grade 12 pass) in agriculture field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilitating agricultural production and promoting safe farming practices at the community level.
• Knowledge of farm school concept will be an asset.
• Prior experience of working with Local Governments and community level will be an added value.
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out day to day onsite facilitation, supervision and monitoring to the selected farmers for safe farming practices.
• Provide support to Safe Farming Expert as required.
• Organize learning exchange events among the groups.
• Develop reference materials/ videos or other accessible forms that the farmers who go through the training can use to remind themselves of what they learned or to show others how to do regenerative agriculture system.
